經歷
宋教授曾任校務委員、發展基金管理委員會委員與國際事務委員，長期專注於教育行政、校長專業培育與學校領導人才養成。擔任台北市政府高中、國中與國小校務評鑑召集人及委員，並持續指導臨床實習與初任校長導入方案，與學校現場保持緊密連結。
在教育人才遴選與專業評鑑領域，擔任國小教師聯合甄試委員、新北市主任候用推薦口試委員與國家考試典試委員，並受邀協助立法院法制局提供教育政策諮詢。長期投入北北桃中小學校務評鑑，是教育實務界重要的制度建構與品質監督力量。
研究主軸包括教育行政、校務治理與校長專業成長，並具備美國密西根大學安娜堡、中國上海華東師範大學及日本北海道教育大學的訪問研究經驗。為多本國際 SSCI 期刊（如 TESOL Quarterly、Urban Education、VOLUNTAS、Asia Pacific Education Review）之審查者，並參與國內學術期刊、行政院與教育部研究計畫、大學教師資格與升等審查，維持嚴謹的專業標準。
曾任大學教育系學刊執行編輯與英文編輯，研究成果獲校內數次獎勵，並榮獲行政院服務獎章。跨越政策、研究與教育現場，以務實且前瞻的視角協助教育體系強化治理與提升專業。
Dr. Sung is an education scholar specializing in educational administration, school governance, and principal professional development. She has served on key university governance committees and held major roles in government-commissioned school evaluation across Taipei, New Taipei, and Taoyuan. Her professional contributions include principal preparation, clinical supervision, educator selection, national examination services, and policy consultation for the Legislative Yuan. With visiting scholar experience at the University of Michigan, East China Normal University, and Hokkaido University of Education, she also serves as a reviewer for leading SSCI journals such as TESOL Quarterly, Urban Education, VOLUNTAS, and Asia Pacific Education Review. Her work bridges educational policy, research, and practice, advancing leadership capacity and system-level improvement through a pragmatic and forward-looking approach.
